DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

(Distance Sales Agreement)

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between the parties whose details are given below.

Buyer

The natural or legal person who purchases the product through the website ("Buyer").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and determination of the terms of use of the Kids Safe Browser digital software license subscription purchased electronically by the Buyer via the website https://kidssafebrowser.com/.

The Seller does not sell physical products. The purchased product is entirely digital content.

3. Product and Service Description

The purchased product is:

  • Access license to Kids Safe Browser software
  • Time-limited subscription (6 months or annually)
  • Digital delivery (instant activation)

By purchasing, the Buyer acquires:

  • Not ownership of the software
  • A limited, non-transferable license to use.

4. Establishment of the Agreement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the agreement by electronically confirming:

  • That they have seen the order summary
  • That they have accepted the price
  • That they are aware that it is a digital product
  • That they have read the return conditions

5. Delivery and Performance

5.1. The product is digital and no physical shipment is made.

5.2. License access is provided electronically after payment confirmation.

5.3. Delivery is made via information sent to the Buyer's email address or through the user panel.

6. Price and Payment

Product prices are as advertised on the website.

Payments are collected via a secure payment infrastructure.

All taxes (if any) are included in the price/shown during payment.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear price error.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Kids Safe Browser is a completely digital product.

The Buyer accepts the following:

  • Digital content is rendered instantly.
  • The service is considered to have started when the license is activated.
  • Therefore, an exception to the right of withdrawal may apply in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
  • However, the Seller may, at its discretion, evaluate returns/exchanges within the scope of customer satisfaction.

8. Terms of Use

The Buyer agrees to the following:

  • The license will only be used by an authorized user.
  • The software may not be copied, sold, or rented.
  • Reverse engineering is prohibited.
  • The service may not be misused.
  • In case of violation, the Seller may suspend or terminate the license.

9. Service Period and Renewal

The subscription is valid for the purchased period.

The service may be automatically renewed at the end of the period (if applicable).

Renewal terms are specified at the time of purchase.

10. Technical Support

The Seller provides technical support within reasonable efforts.

12. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet infrastructure disruptions
  • Cyber attacks
  • Official authority decisions
  • Technical malfunctions beyond our control

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of disputes:

The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

International buyers acknowledge that local consumer rights are reserved.

14. Effectiveness

By making payment, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this entire agreement.

This agreement enters into force electronically.
